Most of the employees at Forever 21 Montreal are shit at doing their jobs. I had the product code of a skirt I saw on the site that I wanted to try on. This guy working found it on their store database, but instead of showing me where it was, he waves his hand over to a corner and says "it might be over there, or maybe it's upstairs". Thank you Mr. Helpful. Not only was it not there, I could not find the damn skirt in the entire store. I go to a different employee and ask again, and she tells me it might not be in the store, I ask her to check, she tells me she's too busy. There were maybe 20 people in the three-story store and she was just standing around. Bullshit. I like this store for it's cute clothes and the fact that the prices fit a university student budget, but this is not making me want to keep shopping there. This store has no organization and the employees expect customers to know exactly what style or trend their item is a part of because that's how they organize their clothes. Long story short, I spent $9 on shipping for an $18 skirt that I want for a Halloween costume. And I'm pissed off. P.S. My friend Naomi just got a job there and I wish she was working then because she's such a helpful and thorough person and would have totally helped me find the skirt or look up to see if it was even in the store.
