oh fuck me, idk why but leg abductions make me whimper alot and also make me want to sit down like nothing else.

over here feeling like I got the backshots of my life with how much im moaning after that set holy fuck.

Still really like how it feels though

I did a morning stretch and I found exercises I can do in my room and I'm very proud of myself :D

I can’t remember the last time I ran simply for fun. It’s a wonderful, albeit sweaty, feeling.

The other day, my mom, sis, & I walked from our house to the end of the subdivision & back; a 10-15 minute walk. I was wearing flats that are pretty comfortable & I figured wouldn't give me a problem. When I got to the end of the road, I realized they weren't doing too great on my feet, but it'd just hurt a bit & I'd be good.

Now I have cuts on each ankle & blisters on my pinky toes & side of my foot. 1 of them takes up the entirety of my pinky toe & is ~1/4 inch thick. 

I'm not smart when it comes to shoe adaptability or knowing when pain is bad enough to warrant changing something or just something that will go away: when it's at that borderline between stop that now & whatevs.
