If you’re like me, you get sore muscles quite a lot. My friend and I have agreed to start running together because we both hate it and it makes us want to die so we decided to hate it together. Thursday she's getting running gear, Friday's first run so I will be typing about how much I want to die because I am so incredibly unfit, nothing saturday because we're out Friday night then running again on Sunday.  I am so sure this is a terrible idea.

On a related note; I know that stopping exercising when I did is probably part of the reason I'm alive and my heart didn't stop or something but damn I wish I could still do push-ups.
