2-2-17 workout [back & triceps]
things were a little slower this day cause I was training my roomate, who just started working out for the first time. Not a problem just didn’t have as much time. Also, we bumped into this Romanian guys, who was super nice but wouldn’t stop talking; a bit of a distraction.
Running 8.2 speed for 1.5 miles
Deadlift
1. 45lbs at 8 reps 2.70 lbs at 6 reps 3. 90 lbs at 6 reps. 4. 3/3 under over grip; 125 lbs at 3/3 reps
Rib Rows
1. 70lbs at 10 reps 2. 70 lbs at 10 reps 3. 75 lbs at 10 reps 4. 75lbs at 10 reps
Tricep pulldown
1. 50 lbs at 12 reps 2.57 lbs at 12 reps 3.57lbs at 10 reps 4. 57 reps at 7 reps
Seated Cable rows
1.72 lbs at 10 reps 2. 72 lbs at 10 reps 3, 80 lbs at 10 reps 4, 80 lbs at 10 reps
Tricep Extensions (dumbells)
1. 27 lbs at 10 reps 2, 30 lbs at 8 reps 3, 30 lbs at 7 reps 4. 30 lbs at 6 reps
