Doesn't show it, but is very giddy. The Sandman is his idol. In fact, Risotto was the child mentionned in the song.

If you tell him to take your hand off to never neverland he'll kiss you right there, no questions asked.

Dreams of having a child just to tell him 'Hush little baby don't say a word, and never mind that noise you heard. It's just the beast under your bed, in your closet in your head.'
