exit-stage-crowley replied to your post: //OH MY FUCKING GOD THE SCOOBY DOO AND...
wait, that was today?
Nope! They did a pre-screening of the ep at Paleyfest.
He sighed deeply and pinched the bridge of his nose. "I know, I know. I really did not want to do this but it seems like the only option at the moment." He raised his gaze to Loki's, "I swear, I will give it right back, but it is ultimately up to you." He crossed his arms and waited for the Jotun's decision.

♔—- “Can you at least… explain to me what will happen if I agree to this?” Loki asked. “Forgive me for my ignorance, but I’ve never loaned my soul to someone else.” And as much as he tried to sound nonchalant about the concept, he had a difficult time keeping his voice from shaking. Underneath what he hoped was his normal, calm demeanor, he was afraid of accepting Crowley’s offer.
But he was also afraid of turning it away.
He was in so much pain and, truly, he had no idea how much more of this he could actually endure. Asking him to suffer such horrible pain was truly unfair and it was only damaging him in the long run, but what did he have to lose if he went without a soul? Everything.
“Just… walk me through it? What you’ll do with it, how it’ll affect me, if there will be any sort of permanent damage. Please…”
"Souls are very powerful things. A lot can be accomplished through the power of a soul. Possibly if I were to borrow yours for a while to break the curse?"

♔—- “…” Loki stared at his friend for a few moments. Was he shocked? No, not really. No matter how close he and Crowley might become, he’d never put it past a demon to ask for such a thing. “You want to borrow my soul?” Loki finally asked after a few minutes of staring at him without blinking, much like the way a feline unsettlingly never blinks. “You do realize how precious such a thing is to me, yes? Without it, I lose just about everything. To trust anyone with such a thing would be… hard. I do value our friendship, but can I really trust you with such a thing?”
Loki, my friend, I'm terribly sorry, but I am unable to determine how to break Odin's curse.

♔—- A deep, disappointed sigh fell from the God’s lips, but he couldn’t be too angry. After all, his father was thousands upon thousands of years old and Crowley, as brilliant and devious as he was, only lived a few centuries. He was brilliant, but perhaps not quite experienced enough to perform the task with which Loki charged him.
“That’s all right, my friend,” Loki said with a soft smile. Surprisingly, it wasn’t forced, despite the bad news. “I appreciate the help anyway. Perhaps there is no choice but to suffer through it?” He grimaced at the thought. Gods, he was already so miserable.
flashback! - One of Loki's kids please? Or one from Loki would be fine too if the muse strikes.
{ @exit-stage-crowley } || send me “flashback!” and I’ll tell you something that traumatized my muse – status; accepting
♔—- “Before I met Loki, I was left in an orphanage by my parents. I don’t really remember them much. Vague outlines of their faces, but not much more than that. It took me a long time to come to copes with the fact that my parents dropped me off there because they couldn’t handle taking care of me. My powers manifested in a way that made it nearly impossible for anyone to be around me for too long before I’d start picking through their worst nightmares and bringing them to life. I couldn’t control it. Honestly, I didn’t even know how I was doing it until Loki showed up.
“But one of the most traumatic incidences was a few months before Loki met me. One of the couples looking to adopt insisted on meeting with me despite the workers telling them that it probably wasn’t a good idea because of what I could do. They, of course, pushed, claiming that I couldn’t be so bad and if someone gave me a chance, maybe I could learn to control myself.
“They weren’t with me for more than ten minutes before it started happening again. I could feel their fears. The woman’s was the loss of another child. Apparently, she’d been pregnant three times, and each time, she lost her baby. The third time, she was unable to conceive again, which was what brought her and her husband to the idea of adoption in the first place. I tried so, so hard to keep my illusions from spawning, but I didn’t know how. They manifested whether I consented or not and that poor woman…
“Gods, I never forgave myself for what I forced her to endure. She watched as each of her unborn children were slaughtered in front of her, giving her glimpses at what they might have looked like while forcing her to relive their losses. She was hysterical within a matter of minutes, sobbing and shaking so uncontrollably that she had to be carried out. Her husband called me a monster and suggested to my caregiver that I be placed in solitary confinement. I never saw them return, so I have to assume that they either went to another orphanage or they gave up their pursuit of having a child altogether because of me.
“It was one of the defining moments of my childhood, where I realized that I could ruin someone’s life just by sitting with them for more than five minutes… I truly felt like a monster in that instance. Sometimes, I still do.”

She still didn´t know much about this guy, besides the fact that he has nice suits apparently, and the fact that he is a shady character you shouldn´t trust just like that.
“Not even for you? From what I heard about you, you can easily accomplish difficult things and grant wishes with a snap of your fingers. Sounds pretty simple to me. But then, you sound so certain. What makes you say that? And why are you telling me that of all people?”
