Another story I’ve had for forever....At least this posting spree gets me to post them! This first chapter is short, but I just wanted to get it posted today! Enjoy.

"Nope," Chen says, grabbing the can of beans from Baekhyun's hands and setting it on the kitchen counter.
Baekhyun wanted an authentic camping experience. Every time the guys had gone on their annual camping trip, he was either sick or out of town. It was your first time going as well.
"I'm not letting you fart that much in front of my girlfriend."
"Don't you mean fiancée?" Baekhyun winked.
"Shh, she might hear you. She's in the other room." He put his finger up to his lips. "Y/n-ah," he called to see if you'd heard them.
"Hmm?"
"Never mind." He turned back to look at Baekhyun. "Just keep quiet. I just want to make this a romantic, simple―" he mouthed the word proposal. "I don't want
her to find out while you guys are all here. At least tonight, we'll have some privacy in our tent."
Baekhyun smirked and opened his mouth to say something.
"Don't even start," Chen said.
"What, like that's not what you had planned? It can be romantic. Dark, cold. You give her your jacket so she can warm up, tell her it'd be warmer if you two shared a sleeping bag. And then little Chen-Chen pays a visit. You're saying sex is not on your agenda tonight?"
"Well...." Chen smirked, blushing. "I mean, it is, but I figure it'll happen anyway as a sort of celebration after."
"And what if she says no?"
Chen's face went blank. "No."
Baekhyun laughed. "I'm just kidding. I'm sure she'll says yes. She loves you....But if she says no, you're out of luck because there are already enough people in my tent tonight. You'll have to bunk with Lay hyung or something." He paused for a second. "I'm just joking. Sheesh, you know I like to lighten the mood. Don't worry so much or it'll show. Just relax. You're about to make a huge, but wonderful, commitment to the girl who's meant for you. Just be happy and everything will work out well."
"Thanks, hyung."
"Hi," you said, coming into the kitchen and standing next to Chen. "I put all my stuff in the car."
He wrapped an arm around you and kissed your forehead. "Are you excited, jagiyah?"
"How can she not be? I've been bouncing off the walls all morning."
Chen rolled his eyes. "Yeah, I know." He turned to you. "You'll love it." He put his other arm around you and pulled you into a back hug. "I'm sure of it."

You'd been dating Chen for nearly two years and he was ecstatic that you were going on this trip. You hadn't be able to go last year because of work, so he insisted you go this time because he wasn't going to "put up with those fools for a whole weekend alone." Now you had 12 idiots to deal with.
But you wished you'd said no, that you couldn't. But he looked so happy that you didn't have work, that you would be able to go. You couldn't say no, but it didn't exactly feel right to say yes when you were planning on breaking up with him.
You loved Jongdae. There was no lie there.The relationship had been amazing, but also hard. He was gone a lot, leaving you alone at your apartment.
You were from America, so you missed your family and friends like crazy. You loved Korea and your job, which was teaching English. You helped Chen improve his English, and he helped you with your Korean. Both of you had improved a lot, but when he was gone, you couldn't speak to anyone in English that much, and you didn't feel as confident speaking to many people in Korean. He had gotten used to your Korean, speaking a little slower when he was around you so that you didn't struggle to understand him. Some of EXO would do the same, but while it helped you momentarily, it would not benefit you very much in the outside world. No one was going to slow down just for you.
You guys revealed your relationship five months ago, so you received some hate both online and in person. Without Chen and without family, you just felt alone. You loved Jongdae. You really do. But sometimes it felt like you were in a relationship with no one.
