Here's something I've been working on:

An 8-bit RPG in the style of Final Fantasy 1 - 3 and Dragon Quest 1 - 4. The player chooses their class...

And then they're free to explore a large world full of monsters, dungeons and political intrigue.

I'm calling it EXONY after the Kingdom where the bulk of the story takes place.

An old school RPG Adventure.

After all these hours. After all the blood sweat and tears, my hardcore 8-bit RPG is complete!

Maya's quest is complete. While searching for her lineage, she is given a key by another elf, which unlocks a door all the way back in the first dungeon. This reveals the way to the Elf Village, where the tyrannical and patronising Great Druid waits.

Despite her appearance, the Great Druid is ancient, and stuck in her ways, having disallowed Maya from living in the Elf Village because of the impurity of her blood.

Just completed Will's sidequest, involving rescuing the Princess of Exony from a gang of kidnappers.

I've been working on a big tower, where a dragon lives.

I can now also show the full party at the campsite!
