Inspired by Japanese food, the Dragon Roll sushi is a beautiful dish. It will wow your guests with its many layers of bright colors and tastes.
Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned. 4 sheets nori seaweed. 4 ounces sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced. 4 ounces sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon masago fish roe. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds. Soy sauce, for serving. Pickled ginger, for serving. Wasabi, for serving.
Instructions: Lay a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface and place a sheet of nori on top. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border along the top edge. Arrange slices of salmon, tuna, and avocado along the bottom edge of the rice. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water. Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl and drizzle over the sushi roll. Sprinkle masago and sesame seeds on top of the roll. Slice the roll into 8 pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
