i was 4 months clean emma, but i was a fucking idiot last night and broke it off. now im having urges. but i want it to stop. i dont want anymore scars. my thighs are a mess and gross. i did it on my wrist yesterday. its all red and itchy but i still wanna feel it damn it, I SHOULD WATCH EXO VIDS N CREY.actually thats a bad idea. im going to just blog

I know, the negative thoughts tend to take over sometimes. In my experience, it helps a lot to just sort of bury yourself in things that will make you happy or make you smile, or takes all your focus. I know you can do it though sweetie.
