The Bachelor, as cheesy as it might be in my opinion, appeals to the majority of girls around my age range and has completely captured a rather large audience. My fellow young ladies obsess over this show from season to season and idolize it to the point it flows across any social media site that they can connect to wifi on. As opposed to it as I am the show has done the unimaginable. It produced something actually interesting. This recent season has the lucky couple decided to catch my attention but of course not by watching the show but by where they decided to go afterwards. After the overly televised and flashy wedding ceremony the couple took a trip to a less common honeymoon destination. According to People, Sean and Catherine Giudici, try saying that three times fast, decided to travel to the exotic French Polynesia specifically Tahiti. There the couple of course posed for the camera to take whatever last grab of fifteen minute fame they had. Of course the couple had the time of their lives and raved about how happy they were together, whether they were being genuine or not is a personal decision. However they plan to return back to Dallas, Texas to live out the rest of their average lives.
With some of the largest peaks and gorgeous waterfalls in the area, Tahiti holds an ideal vacation spot for newly weds. It holds clear streams and sweeping valleys hidden in the leaves of a green jungle that would tempt any lovers to sneak away for awhile. Plus when the sun gets a little too warm the cool waters of the Pacific Ocean surround the islands and are easily accessible. The waters are crystal clear which make boats seem like they are floating on air. If this does not sound like paradise enough the island is known for the exotic flowers that grow close to the coast that bring bright colors to the beach's background. In other words Tahiti is the perfect get away for any honeymooners that is just exotic enough to have caught my eye. Therefore I applaud the Giudici's for proving to me that the participants of The Bachelor are not as marshmallow-brained as I thought. This couple proved to me that there is hope for proving to my generation that everyones honeymoon doesn't have to be the Bahamas, Hawaii or somewhere in Central America. The exotically, hidden islands in French Polynesia offer so much more and deserve more attention than the traditional honeymoon getaways.
