I went to my favorite bakery the other day to pick up danishes, bagels, and muffins. Although I was wearing a mask and asked to stand in a cautioned stamped square, it was really nice to get out of the house for a quick trip. 🇮🇳⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ I am still quarantining here in India and the most amount of traveling I have done has been to get essential goods. And yes, bread is essential. 🥖⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ I am grateful for little trips like this. #expatstories : ofw series | 5/30 i always wrote stories of other people, so today, i ask my self, why not tell my story? 😂 . 3 years ago, i came here in kuwait with nothing in my heart but the desire of fulfilling my own little dreams ; for myself and for my family. it's literally my first abroad experience ever and my first corporate job after graduation. i was (and stil a hungry soul. passionate of pursuing my dreams, and so eager to pushing my own limits. . arts has been in my blood. it's my comfort when i feel down. it's my refuge when i have no one to run to. it's my cup of tea! when there's no art, the world seems so sad to me. it's in art i find my self happy. it's in art i found a community. like @rudykistler (in.photo) whom i met at an art expo. . this kind of souls are the ones that keep my creative spirit alive. they are the ones that color the beautiful painting of my existence, as an expat, as a human! .
