It can be captured by some, but is only a mirage to most as it slips away slowly through our finger tips. Then it makes me wonder does love return? Does love return depicts the life of a average teen who goes through relationship after relationship . Along the way life lessons are learned as well as self worth is progressing throughout the story.

Jenn’s Wrecked Journal Project

As a former art school student (see also: art school dropout), I have lost my sense of creativity and have hit rock bottom as far as my art. Once a photographer and graphic designer with a constant passion, I lost my will to create three years ago when I started college. It was the wrong decision for me, and I have yet to come back from that bump in the road. Three years is just far too long for that.

So I went on Amazon and bought Keri Smith’s Do Not Open This Box! set which included a Wreck This Journal, This Is Not A Book, The Pocket Scavenger, and Mess. I will likely be dedicating blogs to the other three as well once I get more into them (links will be added to follow those as well), but Wreck This Journal will be the main focus of my project.

I will include photos of each assignment on each page. I will be decorating the blank pages as I see fit as well. I’m going to go as out there and as big as possible for each page (or minimal if I feel that is what the page is calling for). There will be an index page where you can view each page as they are completed, as I will not be doing them in order.

It’s a simple project I've assigned myself to start incorporating creativity back into my everyday life. I miss the feeling of being excited to pick up my camera and the weight of it in my bag everywhere I go. I miss drawing (even though, as you will come to tell, I cannot), the aroma of art supplies, the stained fingertips and the passion I used to possess. This project is to restart the creative passion I once had.

The American Life, What a tragic lie. Others seek a homeland in this nation; They talk of beauty and freedom. As an American I can’t seem to see. We say we are all about traditions, family, and patriotism. Promote peace, health, and education, Yet we kill away our young with no hesitation. Spend money on prisons rather than education. We as Americans expect each other to fail, Using ignorant stereotypes so well.

Yearbooks

3 weeks til' schools out. Meaning yearbooks, I think when people see themselves in a yearbook. Its like feeling as If your a famous person whoms picture is in a magazine.
