Elsewhere on base, Bentley is still barking up this tree. He and Keri have a perfectly pleasant conversation for a while—and, honestly, Keri just likes watching his muscles flex and move under all that sweat—until Bentley casually mentions the whole soccer team full of kids he'd like to have some day. He banked his sperm a while back, you know, because of all that space radiation. "We get it for free in our benefits package. Did they tell you that? Did you get your eggs done yet?"

Girl, run!

notes: just checking in briefly on some of the other ISCA and space-faring sims and their gameplay.

FYI: ISCA is the Interstellar Communications Agency, which is a smaller department in the larger bucket of Homeland Security and Space Defense.

Bentley is currently a supply shuttle pilot, flying trips to the moon base three times a week, aspiring to promote someday to the solar system defense unit. He does not know any more details about the Cassiopeia mission than anyone does, or that Keri is going with them, or that she'll be gone for 5 years.

Which is why he keeps barking up that tree! 🙃

There are not currently any hostile aliens in the solar system, as of spring 2089, but I do let my sims play these mini-games while they're flying.

Because Bentley is so cocky confident and brave, I always make him choose the bold choices when he's up in the rocket. And he usually comes back safe and with prizes, which makes him even more cocky!

And, so, did Keri ever freeze her eggs??? Honestly, I'm digging through my enormous 10-year-old story trying to find the place where I wrote that answer, because I know I wrote about her considering it, and I feel like I decided one way or another once upon a time. Until I find it, I guess she's saying, "My eggs are none of your damn business!" 🤐
