So weird to change from posting in am to nights. Trying to spend as much time with family as possible, leaving my stuff for late night while people are sleeping. Today's 6 miler was awesome. Snuck it in while my dad was running and my mom was busy. A chilly 10º real feel, but still didn't need the face mask which was nice. Tested out my @altrarunning jacket and pants I got for Christmas. I'm justgoing outside and may be some time... -Lawrence Oats *** Isn't that the truth!?!? Yesterday I went out without a plan on how long or how far. I love those days where I can just run based on how my body feels. 10 miles later I was refreshed! It was a good thing I was able to avoid the 30mph wind for all but the last mile cuz that last mile was brutal and absolutely freezing. The wind made 21º a real feel of -1º. Saturday run! Finished just before sunset. Tested out my new @yukoncharlies active slip nots today! Excited to be a trail blazer for them! They performed amazing on all the ice and uneven snow.
