Spike

Primary function: To fire spines that make his victims very goofy and less intelligent

Designed to alter the intelligence of entire populations by shooting quills that increase their goofiness by 99% when struck. The effect lasts for 48 hours.

Despite his initially grouchy and aggressive demeanor, Spike is actually very affectionate and his one true place is in Pleakley's E.A.R.W.A.X. therapy group, hugging truant experiments after he is given protective armor to cover his silliness-inducing spines.
