Dupe
Primary function: To clone individuals into multiple replicas
He is designed to generate multiple clones of anyone or anything (specifically created to make more weapons) with the appendage on his head. However, his programming is considered a failure because the original's power is distributed evenly among the duplicated, making the copies weaker than the original counterpart who becomes especially fatigued if several clones of them are created. Luckily, it is possible for him to reverse the cloning.

My good achi-baba @angoraram is making adoptable fan children of Lilo & Stitch experiments for charity!
She will be making up to 25 fan experiment designs that are meant to be children of ten of the canonical experiments of the franchise for £20 (approximately US$24.01 as of this writing) each. All proceeds will go to Stonewall, a charity campaigning for LGBTQ+ rights in the United Kingdom.
