I genuinely want the leafs to succeed, but here’s the thing:
Im also slightly gleeful at how bad this start is because I think everybody is waking the fuck up and realizing that Babcock cannot utilize his players’ strengths to save his life. He clings to his systems and everyone fucking knows how to beat those by now. The only people who put up points tonight was the vet they got from the stars and the avs’ tys, who everyone was saying was a huge disappointment. We all know that Babcock threw away about 50% of Barrie’s skill set, the poor guy is so turned around rn. This will blow up, and I’m hoping Tyson stays secure for it. Press eject on Babcock yall.
