Green tomato pie sounds weird, but it’s delicious! It’s similar to an apple pie. Green tomatoes are hard, but soften as you bake. It bakes up firm, but not crunchy.
I continued my rose garden tour by checking out Descanso’s rose garden. It was my first time visiting this garden in the spring. It was magical! Everywhere you look, there are flowers. You don’t feel like you are in California because the space is overflowing with English flowers. I could see myself spending hours there just sketching and relaxing.
