How did you get your ferret use to being outside , walking on a lead , traveling in a car ect ?

I didn’t have to do anything really, he’s so adventurous he loves it. His favourite thing is sticking his head out of the car window like a dog as we drive along or he’ll nap in our laps on long journeys. He loves exploring in the woods, up massive hills, in all the flowers and trees. He’s just always been like that! Squiggle wasn’t the same though, he liked to just chill in my sleeve/hood, he wasn’t fussed about exploring much, he was just a lil mummas boy who wanted to be held constantly lol but you can’t really change who they are, they either love it or they don’t I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Try introducing things slowly, like start with small walks on a lead around the garden or around the block, small drives to the park or some woods just so you don’t bombard them with all this new stuff! Unless they’re like pipsqueak who just can’t get enough of it.
