Dimensions of Love: A NovaHD Story; Extra 5: Earth
This is it guys. This is the final ending. And I’m going to say it now, this doesn’t really have a lot to do with the overall Earth story line that follows James and Aleks, it is just meant to tie up some loose ends, wraps everything up that I felt was sort of left hanging in the Earth arch, and really just explains some things regarding The Creature split that I mentioned back in like part 3.
It's also here.
Extra 5: Earth
Though The Creatures had split up years ago, the business that was The Creatures, LLC never vanished. Rather than shut down the business, the guys had brought in a young group of fresh YouTubers before the split. It was this group who continued on the legacy that was The Creatures.

"Is it uploading yet?"
"What does it look like?"
"It looks like you're reading a God damn novel."
Dan sighed. "Aleks, if I'm not going fast enough for you, then come do it yourself."
"It's uploading a video to YouTube? How hard can it be?"
"You do realize that it's been at least thirty years since we've done this, right?" Dan commented, watching as Aleks paced behind him.
"This is bullshit. Move. I'll do it." Aleks sat down as Dan moved from the seat. His eyes scanned over the words on the screen before him. "I can't see. James!"
"What!?" Can the yelled response from outside the room. "I was fucking busy you ass." He stormed into the room.
"Where the fuck are my glasses?" James gave him a blank stare.
"Do I look like I know? I don't keep up with your shit."
"We’ve been married for how long? Of course you have to help my old ass self keep up with my shit."
"I'm older than you dumb ass!"
"God damn it James!"
"Would you two stop?" Jordan walked into the room. "You're both being ridiculous. Dan did you figure it out?"
Dan turned to him. "Aleks didn't want to wait for me to finish reading the agreement that YouTube has now, so he took over. But he can't read it, because he doesn't have his glasses."
"Are you serious?" Jordan gave Aleks a look. "Let me see it." He pushed Aleks aside to get to the computer. He followed each line as it went on and on down the page. Legal jargon and a load of privacy policy bullshit with a dash of extensive rules and regulation, what could and couldn't be posted, how you had to conduct yourself, how legal action could and would be taken if any or all of the above stated regulations where broken. "What is this?!"
They all turned to look at him. "What is what Jordan?" Dan asked first.
"This!" He pointed at the screen. "Do you see how incredibly long just the copyright section is? This is massive!"
"Now do you understand why it was taking so long?" Dan countered, aggravated at them for stopping him in the middle of it. He knew how this worked and since it had been a lifetime since they'd logged into the Creature Hub they had to accept the new agreement. It wasn't his fault that things had changed so much that YouTube felt the need to literally turn their terms of service agreement into a series of novels that where each one hundred and thirty chapters long. It was ridiculous, but they felt it was necessary apparently.
"I still can't read it without my glasses. James where are my glasses?"
"Oh my God Aleks..." James headed for the door. Fifteen years of marriage and this was what he had gotten from it. He was done.
"James...James where are you going? Are you getting my glasses?" Aleks stuck his head out the door. "James!"
Aleks followed after his husband, still going on about his glasses. "What the fuck was that?" Seamus walked through the door, glancing back at Aleks and James' receding figures.
"You don't want to know." Dan shook his head and looked at the floor laughing.
"I can't believe this." Jordan was still reading away.
Seamus looked over Jordan's shoulder and read all of two lines. "Well have fun with that." And he was back out the door to be replaced by Dex.
"What the fuck is Aleks bitchin' about?" Dan looked up at him and went silent. "What?"
"Did you dye your hair?"
Dex ran a hand through his hair. "So what if I did? Grey doesn't look good on me alright!"
"Why is this so much longer than it was when we made videos before?" Jordan complained as he settled himself into the chair and prepared for the extensive read.
"Why are you even going to read it all? No one ever reads those things." Dex commented off handedly. Jordan just glared at him over his shoulder.
"The Creatures is a business Dex; even if we aren't the ones running it anymore, there are still precautions to be taken." Dan explained. "We can't risk a lawsuit or something because we didn't read through YouTube's user agreement."
"I still think those things are stupid." Dex murmured before he left the room as well. As he opened the door the faint sound of Aleks still trying to get James to help him find his glasses could be heard, followed by a fit of intense giggles that only drew nearer. It wasn't long before Sly poked his head through the door to check and see if any progress had been made on uploading the video. A grey haired and wrinkled Kevin peered over his shoulder.
"What's goin' on in here?" Sly asked. "Is YouTube bein' a bitch?"
Jordan groaned. "I knew I should have let my granddaughter come help with this."
"She would have ended up playing with Sly's dog instead." Kevin pointed out from his place at the door. "You know how she is when animals are around."
"Because you know her so well, Kevin, after meeting her twice." Jordan said, never looking away from the endless page of words before him. "But you are right. She would just want to play with the dog."
Sly giggled. "That's because my baby is the best." He glanced around. "And speaking of my baby, where is she?"
"She's probably hanging out with Spoon. He was asleep in the floor earlier and I think she was curled up against him." Dan got up from where he had sat on the floor, with some difficulty. "I'll help you look for her though. There isn't anything better to do." He placed a hand on his back and walked out with Sly and Kevin, leaving Jordan alone to read.

Out in what was the lobby of the new Creature office, the old and the new mingled. Despite all the harsh words and bad feelings that had once been there, even Gassy and the others had returned for this. It was a bitter sweet moment, seeing everyone again.
It was also slightly chaotic. The whole idea of a reunion had been so spurt of the moment on Jordan's part. It had taken a lot to fly everyone in and manage what they were going to make the first ever Creature Con happen. But those who made up the new era of Creatures were helping out immensely. If it weren't for them the whole thing likely wouldn't be taking place.
But in order for it to work, word had to be spread to the fans both new and old. That was why Jordan was working to read the new YouTube agreement that was so drastically different from the ones he had seen in his younger years. They had to update their own individual YouTube accounts so they could upload the video to each of them.
With failing eyesight and no desire to read the whole thing, Jordan was finally released from the hell that was YouTube's user agreement when a young girl by the name of Kelsea entered the room and assured him that it would be perfectly fine to just scroll to the bottom and check off I agree so he could continue.
Things moved smoothly from there and within the next two hours the video had successfully been uploaded to everyone's channels with links to social media accounts that could be used to voice questions and emotions by the fans. It was one of the most exciting moments in Creature history, when the first fan response came in.
And just as they expected it was an older fan who had started off with the original group. More responses poured in by the second. The comment flood gates had been opened and everyone, both new and old, was expressing their incredible excitement for Creature Con.

Four Months Later; Colorado Convention Center; Denver, Colorado

"I can't believe this is happening." A red headed teenager spoke to her brunette friend as they waited in line for the con to begin.
"I know! This is so exciting!" The crowd was pressed together, the line long and full as fans from all over prepared to be granted access to what they could only hope would be the greatest convention they'd ever go to.
The Creatures had rented out the entire convention center. All five hundred and eighty-four thousand square feet of exhibit space was filled; the sixty-three meeting rooms, that added another one hundred thousand square feet, where set up to give multiple presentations throughout the day; the thirty-five thousand square foot ballroom was split into two areas: one for game booths, the other housing a variety of "Creatures Mini-games" that consisted of everything from stupid they'd ever done in stream, if the fans so wished to give it a go; the other ballroom, that was fifty thousand square feet, was being used for all the things that didn't have room in the exhibit floor; and finally there was five thousand seat theatre where all of the panels and, of course, The Creature Reunion itself would take place.
With its grand walls of windows that provided natural light throughout the three levels of the center, the convention center was ready to open its doors to all the Creature fans and give them what they wanted. And when the doors opened a short time later, the crowds flooded in by the hundreds and eventually thousands. Creature Con became a hustling, bustling center of activity, and standing by in the back stage area of the theatre all of the Original Creatures mingled and prepared themselves to give one last panel that would go down in Creature history.
When three o'clock finally rolled around, and the drone of the over filled theatre could be heard from back stage, the now old men made their way on stage. It was a bitter sweet moment that was showcased by tears of joy and excitement, screams and cheers, and the heartfelt love that radiated off the fans.
With smiles on their faces and handshakes all around, the group sat down for their final panel that would forever mark the first and only time that all of them had been together for such an event. And so it was without further ado that Jordan spoke.
