oh, i'm already a vegan too :) well, more like pescetarian because i love fish! i meant like what foods do you eat often?

Sorry, I didn't see this before! 

Hmm well for breakfast I really like porridge or quinoa (made with water or rice milk) with anything really - maple syrup, fruit etc. I also love toast with hazlenut butter and agave! Otherwise, I make lots of salads with whatever's in the house, usually with japanese-y type dressing (soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil etc), and I LOVE fish-free fish fingers. And there are a million vegan pasta recipes that I love, especially pasta with courgette and red onion, or sweet potato and spinach lasagne! 

This doesn't really count as something I eat often, since I'm always trying different things, but I love baking. I genuinely believe I make the best vegan banana bread in the world. 

The list could go on forever! Veganism has made me so much more excited about food, I think it's really good for me. xxx
