Hi, i was wondering if you could advise me about something. I bought two tickets for Hollywood Forever this saturday, but i thought tickets would be mailed, so I put a friend´s PO box, and ticketfly put his name on the tickets instead of my name wich is in the account and the credit card. I already send tons of emails asking if they could change the name and put my name on the tickets and they said no, i am desperate, im going all the way from mexico...
oh no :( i wish i knew how to help, but i don’t really, i’m sorry!! i guess you could try to explain the situation to the hollywood forever staff and show them you have the card the tickets were purchased with? or maybe call the venue ahead of time and explain, and if they say it’s alright have them make a note that you’re allowed in or something? i wish i had better advice
