6: Name some of the works that had a big influence on you and explain how.
Zelda just in terms of how I think about video games and what I want out of them, Ocarina of Time was one of the first games I played that really made an impact on me.
Eragon, because it first came out around the time I was first starting to realize that I really enjoyed writing and the fact that “hey there’s this great book that someone only a few years older than me wrote!” And then when I re-read it before Eldest came out I realized “wow this isn’t that great” and then when I read Eldest I was like “wahhh it’s soo much better he’s improved so much!” Of course nowadays I don’t really have anything especially positive to say about the series but it will always stick with me because it essentially taught me “hey you can do this and you never stop improving” And I really look forward to seeing what Paolini with come up with now that he’s free to do something new.
14: What are some of the fictional foods you wish you could try?
Mudder’s Milk? I don’t know I’m kind of blanking on fictional foods at the moment.
23: Who are some of the most unforgivable villains?
It’s honestly been a while since there’s been a really unforgivable villain that stuck with me. Like for a long time I was set on Naraku because y’know he doesn’t just go around wantonly killing or anything, he specifically does anything and everything he can to completely ruin a person’s life and not only that but does so in a way that benefits him. But like, I just don’t caaaaaare about Inuyasha anymore :P
25: Name some of the stories you want to own a copy of for the rest of your life.
DIGIMON ADVENTURE! I would pay any amount of money to own a dvd set of the whole series with ENGLISH AND JAPANESE language tracks. Like they started re-releasing it recently with dub only and it’s just like NO I WANT BOTH!!! That rant just made me forget any other answers I was thinking of….
