Where innovation meets design
Switzerland’s innovative EPFL+ECAL Lab is a joint-venture between Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and ECAL (University of Art and Design, Lausanne). Its mission is to "foster innovation at the crossroads between technology, design and architecture" with the next generation of artists, coders and engineers.
Last week, the Lab brought its award-winning GIVE ME MORE project to NYC for its biggest show yet. Renamed GIMME MORE, the NYC exhibit at Eyebeam Gallery includes several enhanced installations, adding to the evolving technology launched with the project’s inception four years ago. The exhibit explores Augmented Reality's limitless possibilities, relationships between the physical and virtual worlds, and the new human experience of telling stories through virtual media.
Take a step into the future and meet the creators of GIMME MORE, open to the public at Eyebeam NYC until March 2, 2013.
