The seasonal spirit! How wonderful! Back at home it would have been just a waste of time, her busy life didn’t allow her to participate in that kind of events, not like she missed a lot anyways. Now with the news of those substances spreading around the island transforming people into horrendous specimens…she was really having fun with that! The costumes, the colors, the candy…her favorite things.

But it would be boring to just enjoy it alone, and not everyone is capable to understand the amusement that an ingenious mind like hers can get in that kind of situation. There was someone though, someone different, she was still intrigued about their last conversation—or maybe it was just an excuse to make more interesting a possible meeting.

Small fingers traveling across the keyboard of her Monomessanger; receiving a text from her, a privilege that not everyone can get.

A simple question, with an answer that she really doesn’t care about. Just playful and innocent words as a starter, laughing in silence in the privacy of her room as the phone brushed her lips hiding the smile of her face.

By the time the two boys made their exit from the dance, it was already well into the night. They're vampires, that much is undeniable truth. Walking around in the dead of night should be as natural as breathing to them. Yuma found it difficult to accustom himself to; difficult to simply wander in the dead of night like lurking monsters. Monsters... yeah. That's right. Monsters weren't very well appreciated here on the islands-- even less so considering the lack of a proper escape. In a macabre sense, Jabberwock Islands simply became another orphanage. Another prison.

He hated it. Yuma, despite finding some lights in the tunnel, felt trapped once more. Trapped... with his brothers once more.

"S'this one," Yuma blurts out. Room #179. Ruki's room. It felt.. a little dirty to him. To purposefully separate a would-be tight-knit family in a setting such as this...

"Y'think he's sleepin'?" ... Better idea. Absently, Yuma's knuckle knocks on the door's body. "Y'got th'more annoyin' voice, you call for 'im. If he don't open, I'm breakin' it down."

Yuma wasn't well-known for bright ideas.
