I’ve been trying really hard to feel better. I truly understand know what it’s like to have high highs and low lows. One day I’m great, the next three I won’t stop dwelling in misery. I won’t stop crying and I don’t even know why. This was worse than I thought. It’s worse than I ever thought I would get. I had specifically been trying to prevent this. I know it’s bad when I myself cannot pinpoint the reason for the tears streaming down my face. Birds are so cute though, they always make me feel better.
