Ashley was out running errands for herself and her mom. She had talked to Dani a few days ago and learned that Santana was away on business for a little bit starting today. Ashley decided that because she was already out she would surprise her friend with lunch and hang out with her for a bit. Ashley pulled into the driveway and grabbed the food bags and walked up to the front door. She smiled to herself before ringing the doorbell.

Feelings of Sadness || Ashani

Ashley was having a rough weekend. She wasn't able to get her mind off everything that had happened in the months since moving to Connecticut. She was just sad. Feeling guilty, even. She snuck into the bedroom while Dani was in the kitchen. She just needed to be alone for a minute. Ashley grabbed Sara’s old sweater that she had kept after the break up. She didn't want Dani to see her crying. Ashley slipped into the bed and curled into herself, holding Sara’s sweater tightly to her chest, burying her face in it as she let the tears fall.

Starting Over || Ashani

Ashley was laying in her bed. She just woke up from a nap, but she was still exhausted. She had been alternating between crying and being deep in thought about everything. She fucked up, royally. She not only made a mistake that could have ruined her life, she hurt her best friend. Ashley smelled something from the kitchen and got out of bed. She grabbed her glasses off of the night stand and walked out into her kitchen. She saw Dani standing over the stove making something. Ashley sat down at one of the bar stool and rested her chin on her hand. “Hey. What are you making?” She asked. “Smells good.”

F2F || A Much Needed Rant

Dani grabbed the food and the tea from her car before making her way up to Ashley's apartment.  She sighed and looked down at the doorknob.  Her arms were full.  She didn't think this through.  Carefully, she reached over and opened the door successfully.  "Dani, one, door, nothin'." She shook her head and walked in.  "Ash?  Help please?"

F2F || Ashani

Ashley pulled into the driveway of Sara's old house. It was weird being here...especially now that her girlfriend didn't live there and Dani did. She grabbed a plastic bag from the front seat of her car and walked up to the door. She pulled out the key from the hiding spot, letting herself in. She slipped her shoes off and shut the door. Making her way into the living room, Ashley called out for her friend, "Hey, Dani. I'm here."

F2F || Surprise Visits

Ashley had gotten home from working on her class project to see Santana and Sara on the couch together. Since she didn't want to disturb them, she quickly got changed into her running clothes and headed out. She was about a half hour into her run deciding that she should stay out of the apartment for the night. Ashley quickly switched directions and ran another 15 minutes down the busy streets. She made it to her destination, walking up the familiar driveway to Dani's house. She knocked on the door as she put her hands above her head to catch her breath.

F2F || Checking In

Ashley was finally over her sickness and able to leave the house. She had been caught up with what has been happening from Sara and as much as she was worried about her girlfriend, she was as equally worried about Dani. She decided since Sara was at work she would go pay a visit to Dani. She parked her car in the street, grabbing a bag off the front seat before heading up to the door. She didn't see Dani's car in the drive way. She knocked on the door. "Come on. Please be home, Dani."

F2F || Ashani (Dani's House)

[Ashley say in her car trying to keep her emotions in check. She was able to stop crying long enough to make the drive to Dani's. Getting out of the car, Ashley slowly made her way to the front door. She could feel the silent tears falling down her face. She quickly knocked on the door. She stood there, waiting, shifting from foot to foot, wiping her tears with her sleeve.]
