February 2019 Update:
Weight: No weigh February is going well. I want to weigh every day but I hate how the scale can make me feel shitty!
Keto: last 14 days Keto for ~10. Fell off while I was in Vegas. But went right back into Ketosis within 24 hours of fasting.
Cooking 3 keto recipes this weekend: lasagne, meatloaf and “fried” crispy chicken nuggets. I’ll post pictures.
Travel: in process of planning my Alaska, Vancouver, London, and Scotland vacations for May and June.
Exercise: I’m hating the gym. My trainer has his own agenda and I’m meeting with him this weekend to redirect him back to my goals. He is training me like I’m 25 with weight loss and fat loss the goal. You all know that is nearly impossible for a 50 year old menopausal woman as a primary goal. I hired a trainer to get me on weights and build muscle. My metabolism is shit since menopause. My goal is fitting into my skinny jeans not what the scale says. I have to be excited to go to the gym. Right not, not so much. Have a great weekend!! 💋

Look at these numbers in just one year. This is eating keto or low carb and no sugar. I wasn’t perfect all year but damn look at the drop in points. And my PCP wanted me on medicines. Drugs are not always the answer. Diet and exercise for the win!!!
