I took 1st place in the 8 week Fat Loss Challenge at F45 & got to keep the Gold Kettlebell!! I LOVE that Gold Kettlebell! 😂 I lost 10lbs of pure fat. I gained 2lbs of pure muscle. Giving me a total of 6.1% body fat loss. I’ll take that into 2020 with me thank you very much!
