I DID IT 💪🏽 Today I completed my first F45 8 week challenge and I am so fucking proud of myself! I attended every 5:15am class from Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday and Sunday when I could, as well as the three weeks leading up to the commencement of the challenge, 83 classes in total. I smashed some fitness goals, now being able to do box jumps, pushups, planks, assisted chin ups (ok, just one of them but it still counts yeah?!) and deadlifts to name a few. I lost 6kg, 1 visceral fat point and 2.1% BF, and while all those numbers are great, most of all I am happier, healthier and stronger. The support of my husband, children and sisters helped me achieve these goals. Biggest thank you to the amazing trainers Ash, Luke, El, Rosa, Zach, Jimara, Lauren, Carlie and Owner, Tara for creating a training environment of which I have never experienced before, being able to bring my girls along with me when I had too and being made feel so welcome. Bring on the next challenge!!!
