Anyone else get really shakey during a long fast? My thumbs are going wild while scrolling and my hands in general are shaking I put some electrolytes in my water to see if that'll help

I was gonna fast all weekend but my mom made my favourite soup. So i broke at 43:55 hours. I plan to eat this and only this then resume my fast but we’ll see.
