since im starting a 66 hour ⭐️ here are my ⭐️ tips:
- build up to longer ⭐️, start with 24 hours and extend it by 12 or 24 hours once you get comfortable with 24 hours and repeat
- drink loads of water, it'll supress your appetite and have you doing something with your mouth apart from eating
- drink 0 cal drinks such as sugar free monster energy, it'll subside sweet cravings
- chewing gum can help for some, for me it makes my cravings worse but for others it can subside their cravings
- sleep as much as possible, you can't stuff your face if you're asleep, and your fast still continues in your sleep
- find something to do such as: go on a walk, exercise, doomscroll, watch yt, watch movies/tv series, play video games, sew, etc. whatever distracts you from the cravings
- scroll through 3d areas on tumblr, tiktok, twitter, etc. as well as customize and post your own stuff in those areas or the internet
- for those who are students, study or catch up with assignments! i always ⭐️ accidentally when focused on my uni work

bonus tips that i dont recommend but helped me personally:
- vape! they come in loads of different flavours and subside cravings, i recently quit this though due to vaping being really addictive (more addictive than smoking imo)
- smoke! smoking can help subside cravings like vapes they just don't taste as good (smoking is also addictive and very harmful like vaping)
