More fun + fashion behind the scenes.   From the streetstyle before and after the show to the streetwear vibed show, the fusion of cool was evident at KIDSUPER fw2020.   Flaunting a massive and colorful collection of recycled, upcycled and fabcycled with art and embroideries.

Taking the cool customized looks to another level in Paris, the young designer from the city keeps moving… showing collections on the runway in both NYC and Paris.   This time, the haute FABcycled fun was in the romantic city.  Here’s a view from behind, inside, and outside the runway.

R3US3 | I’m working on a new initiative to turn my fabric scraps into stuffing for pillows. I’ll be using deadstock fabric (end-of-roll fabrics that would otherwise be landfilled) from @fabcyclevan and handwoven and hand dyed hemp fabric from Vietnam for the cover and stuffing it with fabric scraps that are too small to turn into anything else. These pillows will be one-of-a-kind and always changing in colour and size depending on the fabrics we get. And as always, they will be made locally. I’m excited for this next NOVEL venture and can’t wait to show you the finished product.
