I've been under a lot of stress my whole life. But I've never really felt it quite like I do now in my body, here as real as day! No longer can I run to escape to my land of imagination. When I have all the feels that grip me daily second-by-second. All I can do is use the tools I've learned to help me move forward with confidence and Trust in life's Unknowing. I really been feeling unconfident in my beauty which is a cycle of the old me. But on the plus side it reminds me of how much I forgot to do self-care. Taking the time to do little things for yourself daily that make big impacts on the way that you feel are vital to thriving rather than surviving. 🌷💖☯️🌱👑 So we are welcomeing coffee and egg white eye masks daily, until I can get to a place of more peace health, and calmness in myself one day. Never give up on yourself. You are worth everything!
