ㅤㅤ" SA~YO~ " Yurika hummed out, tapping their shoulder from behind as she caught sight of them hanging by one of the shopping vendors along the street.

ㅤㅤShe was making her way back from her routine grocery shopping and lucky her, she managed to catch Sayo on the way back.

ㅤㅤIt had probably been a few months since they decided to abandon any of the right choices in order to pursue what little happiness they had left. Even if it meant being constantly on the run and accepting that Yurika was basically a ticking time bomb ... it didn't matter. It was a horrendously selfish choice ( one Yurika would never forgive herself for ) but realizing that her time with Sayo was the only thing she could call her own now, she couldn't help herself. She couldn't bear to live a life without Sayo, no matter what sort of hell she was headed for at the end of all this.

ㅤㅤ" What are you looking at ? " She attempted to peer over their shoulder.

ㅤㅤInorganic electronic sounds beat out a steady rhythm. The strong smell of disinfectant and the fresh smell of new linen wafted through his nose, quickly getting him accustomed to the scent.

ㅤㅤThis place ... was the world beyond that dried-up well, wasn't it ( he's never seen technology like this after all ) ? As he awoke from a hazy slumber, he laid there, staring at the ceiling ... perhaps unable understand why or how he was alive. He should've been eaten by that monster but yet ...

ㅤㅤWas he really alive ?

ㅤㅤMasaru slowly sat up, groaning as he felt pained aches wracking his entire body while he attempted to get some semblance of understanding of his situation. Where was he anyways ? What happened to everyone ? Just as he wondered that ... the door to his room slid open and there ... was Yuuki dressed in the same hospital gown and almost immediately, his face crumpled at the sight of her. He tore his gaze away unable to bring himself to look at her.

ㅤㅤShit ... what should he say after all that ? Considering the dramatic farewell he so selfishly gave her the last time he saw her, he was beyond ashamed. Aah... she was most definitely going to scold him, wasn't she ?

So this happened recently

I was on my way to dance class with a friend in really close to he’s like my brother, and all of a sudden he said “Lis, I really like u a lot.” And I just panicked because I am horrible when it comes to receiving and accepting compliments etc and ACTUALLY ANSWERED “Yeah I kNOW I’M GREAT” AND HE JUST LOOKED SORTA AS IF SOMEONE HAD SLAPPED HIM IN THE FACE AND I INWARDLY SLAPPED MYSELF BECAUSE THATS SUCH AN ASSHOLE MOVE AND THERE WAS AN AWKWARD SILENCE I AM SUCH A HORRIBLE PERSON OMG
