Everytime I see the cover of this movie I laugh at what they did to her face lol I’m no huge fan of annies but they did her rotten with this horrible facetune smooth-out digital face lift job, and extra white eyeballs… lol WTF
I used facetune to tune up a nice portrait shot of my fishie and my mc. My hair is black but I used silver so I could try out other colors.
How does Facetune treat your character? I'm playing around with it in an attempt to remove her blank stare.
Listen I am going to use filters and shit to colorize and enlarge (…and then overpaint stuff it fucked up) like I’m in one of those old cop shows where the forensic team is just like ‘enhance’
Because I am MAD WITH POWER
So anyway here’s a backstage low res screen grab of Joseph Quinn as Eddie Munson, but dramatically colorized and shit. Bokeh and sunset lighting background? Ofc.
tech used: jpghd.com (enlarger) | palette.fm (colorizer) | deepai.org (colorizer) | photopea (overpaint/edits) | photoshop CS6 (overpaint/edits) | facetune (background/lighting) | faceapp (skin texture)
Lately I've been feeling a little bit down, so i'm very thankful for my friends and fiance that love me and care for my mental health. I've also been indulging in learning how to edit my photos to my own liking as we know some cameras tend to disorient or distort our pictures/images that you wouldn't look like how you see yourself in the mirror. I felt so uncomfortable editing my pictures at first but i know i still see myself as how i see myself in the mirror. There's no shame in editing photos/portraits, and no one's hiding the fact that they edit their photos.
I did the photography camera and lighting workshop this week and today I decided to go back and use the projector to project different shapes i made using paper cut outs as the background aswell as experimenting with bubble wrap and different coloured clear plastic. My friend Laura was the model for the photos.I did cut outs of different body shapes acentuating parts drastically aswell as lips and other surgercial paraphernalia. After this photoshoot I used my phone and an app called face tune.I resized and reshaped features of the face and body extortionately. I was inspired by Cindy Sherman’s overly filtered work aswell as the social media culture today with influencers changing their bodies through the use of this app to make themselves look a certain way that they want to be perceived but in reality they are not that. It’s a temporary fix for a trend that isn’t going to last.Aswell as also thinking of people who get plastic surgery to augment their bodies.I enjoyed the photography workshop as I haven’t done much work with photography so I am still learning.I enjoyed learning more about lighting and how it effects the photos and I think that’s something I should work on in the future as some of the photos look quite dark.
influencers on social media be like “i hate using facetune and photoshop but i have to because of the impossible beauty standard” my brother in christ your editing is promoting the beauty standard
