Spoonie Product Recommendation

I went to a dermatologist and long story short they suggested I use a very simple facial cleanser (cetaphil) because they were putting me on tretinoin. I went along with it and purchased it. I discovered this product was the best thing for me, as a spoonie. 

You can use the cleanser with water or not. For us spoonies, taking showers or cleaning our face in the sink can be a very difficult thing. I would never wash my face unless I was taking a shower. Seeing as though I am spoonie and have blue hair, this wasn’t often. 

Also cleaning my face in the sink freaks me out and hurts my back, bad. So when I discovered I can use cetaphil by simply putting it on my face and dabbing off the excess...I honestly wanted to cry. 

I 100% recommend this for aoyne with physical limits, physical pain, mental illness limits etc. 

(Also great for camping) I use the one for “gentle skin cleanser”
