Look I know the title is dramatic but I really just couldn’t think of anything better. I mentioned my two dream faesonas and attempted to write a piece about the latest dream piece that I only kinda remember, it’s a little short. So here! I hope you enjoy it Tulip!
Mentioned character death of Durant (sorry if I just spoiled that for a new person! I guess also a slight spoiler warning?)

The two fae girls sat by the side of a river.
“Are you awake?” The girl with the light green hair asked quietly. Her name is Willow.
“…yeah.”The other girl said and yawned. “Mmm… ‘m up, Wills.” Her name is Nathalie.
Willow smiled and held up a dark green frog with a light green belly and dark yellow eyes.
“Look at him.” She said and stroked a finger across the frog’s back.
“He’s pretty.” Nathalie said and smiled while pulling some of her dark gray hair from her mouth.
“Isn’t he?” Willow beamed and continued gently petting him. “One of the humans called him a ‘Northern Green,’” She said as her voice dropped and took on a somewhat southern accent. “I’m not sure what that means but I think it fits him.”
“Think it’s ‘is species?” Nathalie asked, slowly waking up.
“Most likely,” Willow said and cooed at him.
Nathalie yawned again then perked up. Gray eyes unblinking as she stared at a cluster of shadows closer to the tree line.
A boy neither of them recognized appeared from the shadows. Black hair and pale skin as he slowly approached them. Willow held the frog she had picked up closer to her chest and Nathalie sat up straighter.
He stopped a few feet away from them, then spoke.
“The previous king has been killed and replaced. I’m back in charge.” The boy said. “Some of the others mentioned that you may have not been told.”
“The others were right.” Willow answered quietly. The boy seemed to soften slightly at her tone.
“Sceelie get their seasons back, you can interact with humans but they should stay home.” He said. “I don’t believe much more will affect you, as the rest is far less major.”
“We appreciate you telling us this in person.” Nathalie said. He nodded, turned around and walked back into the shadows, disappearing within them.
They turned and looked at each other.
“Do you have any idea who that was?” Willow asked while continuing to pet the frog.
“No clue.” Nathalie said and laid back down on her white arms. “But I’m glad I won’t have to worry about you as much now.”
“Like anyone cared about me enough for you to need to worry.” Willow said. The frog snapped its mouth open and snatched a fly out of the air with its tongue. Willow gasped and began to baby talk the frog on his accomplishment. Nathalie smiled fondly.
“I always worry about you.” She said and her voice went quieter. “I care a lot about you, Wills.”
Willow looked back up at Nathalie, her face slightly green with a blush.
“My apologies, Nattie, I didn’t hear what you said.” She said and looked back down at the frog.
“Nothing too important.” Nathalie answered and yawned.
