Someone’s going to have to scrape me off the floor now that I’ve melted to the tune of Faime, a musician from Los Angeles who brings all the heartbroken vibes on Let U Go. With his silky cooing and a restless ocean of atmospheric production, Faime tears our hearts apart. The sentimentally stirring ballad is a flawless combination of downtempo electronica and R&B-inflected pop. Though an enigma of sorts, Faime is no doubt leaving a mark in the scene with his moving music after having surfaced earlier this year with an EP named Mindfull.
