I DID IT! My first fair isle sweater!! Alpaca yarn. Messy but definitely the best sweater I've done yet! >:O

It’s been almost two years since I did any knitting so it took my a few days to get back up to speed. Knitted this swatch to practice stranded color work again. The ribbing confused me the most, took me the longest to figure out how to keep all the strands on the backside. And I really kick myself not writing down the method of knitting my doll sweaters. Spent a lot of time messing with gauges. Felt like reinventing the wheel all over again. I made another "Therapy Jumper"

I thought it was a one-off, to help my beleaguered brain cope with a few things. But I loved it, so I made another.

This colourway makes me think of Neapolitan ice cream - do they still make that?

I think I may have to write the pattern up. This thing is too cozy to keep for myself ❤️

Top down on 7mm circulars. Roll neck added at the end.
