haven't gotten an simmosa ask in so long help (or asks in general but i do tend to go ia quite a bit so idk) anyway thank youu i'm glad you do and as for hcs i have so many honestly thank god i wrote some of them down places and wrote the rest into fics (read those if you haven't already for a more coherent answer than what's about to follow, my apologies)

anyway amy and jonah have this shorthand between themselves that's come from years of working next to each other (you can see hints of it in the show when they glance at each other in episodes like blizzard when dina mentions cannibalism as a last resort and stuff like that) and they have this ease with which they behave to one another

also i absolutely love that they never tire of spending time with each other like these two work together and then date and then live together but you never see them get sick of each other like say when jonah and garrett ended up getting when they were roommates and it hits harder when you remember that amy was reluctant to have adam work the seasonal job because she didn't think spending more time with him would end well vs with jonah they got used to each other's annoying tendencies and really knew each other by the time they got together

um what else? amy's sapphic but never got a chance to properly explore her sexuality so she's reluctant to actually refer herself to as sapphic bc she doesn't think she has had enough experiences for it to count (i need to finish that fic someday) and jonah's bi but hasn't dated men for a while and i have this hc of a scene where they talk about mateo calling them straight and joke that it's cause mateo doesn't care enough to pay attention to long enough and their recent dating history does support the straight allegations (i'm sorry to the superstore writers but a huge missed opportunity on their part when they didn't make most of those characters lgbt)

Hiii! Sorry for being kinda AWOL (⁠(⁠(⁠;⁠ꏿ⁠_⁠ꏿ⁠;⁠)⁠)⁠). Life and especially semester 2 of university has just been very hectic. How have you been?

As for me? Well. I'm alive 🤷‍♀️ Life has been one big roller coaster the past couple of months which includes but is not limited to: being sick multiple times, dealing with my parents, one of my siblings had a baby, I almost got murdered, dealing with health problems, lost a family member a couple of nights ago, and now I'm sick again 💔 But it's okay. I'll get through this 🩵 But man 2026 has NOT been my year 😅

Anyways! That's my life update! How's university been for you? Are you enjoying it? Anything else going on in your life?

HI FAITHHHHHH im on vacation rn maybe this could be a good time to start up my every other day asks again :D ? ill recap what ive done so far thoe!!!!!!

i left july 9th, met with my aunt, uncle, and cousin + her husband and baby on the 10th! we were in virginia for abit and then we began driving back down to texas ,, we were in the car for Awhileee!! tbh this experience has unfortunately made me dislike my older cousin C abit :( she was alot more bitter and demanding it felt and my aunt and uncle only focused on her despite her being like. 30 lol. heres some pictures from between virgina and texas tho! (first one is a cat bc my aunt brought 4 of her cats LOL ill send some cat pictures in another ask!)

and then i stayed on my aunt and uncles farm abit, then we went to another city in texas where my other cousin L and S live! theyre much nicer than C have been lately, so far we’ve gone to the mall, aquarium, AND the sortof like, club theyre in ? its probably the typa thing youve seen on tv alot Lol

first picture has an umamusume cd which i got at bookoff actually,, not mall, and then a chococat plushie, warrior cats graphic novel, and a warrior cats blindbox which i got jayfeather in :D and then theres 2 aquarium photos and the second aquarium one is my cousin taking a picture of me getting a picture /w my fennekin plushie😭😭😭😭😭😭i think its funny tho.. then the last 2 are from the sortof club theyre in :D

ANYWAY!!!!!! how have you been faith ????? i heard u hafta wake up pretty early for ur job..that must suck rlly bad :((( i hope atleast its easier or has better coworkers or better pay atleast.. Lol (ALSO might have an upcoming ask where i type the lu chain’s enneagrams (which is a typology/personality typing system. fun stuff) but ill hafta get a response from jes beforeee that!!)

I've been okay. My health is being weird like always. But hey I'm about to move out of my parents home so 🎉 Adulting lol 🤣 And yeah I have to get up at 5:30 every morning for work now and that's mean. As a homeschooled kid who the earliest I had to get up was 7-7:30, this is messed up. But I'm a teacher now so I better get used to it lol. but I am really excited for my new job and I already know some of my coworkers and I love them so yay!!!
