bad screenshots but the way kijun hit the table in ep 7 (case with the perveted hr guy) reminded me of the way inah hit the the stapler in the ep 2 conversation although i don't know how intentional it was unlike the one in ep 12

one thing about kijun he will internalize everything inah's told him lol the finale is basically proof of that the way he pulled out the do you think you're something great speech word for word

that one mutual who's still kijuninah pilled anyway i think about this specific parallel a lot. it's a shame that the show was only 12 episodes so all they had time for is brush over inah protecting kijun by throwing herself into the fire even though he never asked or wanted her to. something about how protecting other people even at her own expense comes so easily to inah probably because of the way she perceives herself and her existence (which also manifests in how she's willing to get physically and mentally hurt; willing to be the bad guy who is gossiped and talked about) but kijun is that kind of person for inah. he does not care about what will happen to him if he falsely admits to being the one that sent the email if it means the conversation will shift from inah's supposed misconduct to him being a petty aggrieved man. his first instinct after reading the article was to get the reporters to stop trashing inah's name and when the guy kept going suggesting even worse things about inah, mr level headed ace of the audit team noh kijun, the guy who supposedly never really got into fights, had to go all the way to the police station lol (i just know if anyone looked at him wrong kijun’s sisters probably ganged up on them)

My mother, the beautiful dream we once cherished, wished for a calm and happy life for us, but the war tore us apart and shattered our hopes. As for Jana, my innocent sister, she lost her school, her books, and even her sense of hope, yet she still writes her dreams on small pieces of paper, hiding them in her torn clothes so they won’t get lost like everything else.

We are not asking for the impossible, only what keeps us alive with dignity and gives us a chance to rebuild our lives. Every donation, no matter how small, means so much to us. Your support will give us hope to keep going and try again. 🙏❤️

for someone who said he doesn't like calling her by her work title it's interesting how after the phone call i don't think kijun has been able to call inah outside of it? like she's called him kijunie once or twice but because of them being at like work or him sulking and going "professional" he really hasn't been in many situations where he can call her casually (or maybe he hasn't gotten used to it yet)
