Standing Strong After Separation | 3 Faith-Based Steps to Heal & Rebuild... Separation can shake both our personal and professional lives, but it does not have to define us. In my latest video, I share 3 practical, faith-based steps to remain standing strong after separation: anchoring yourself in God’s presence, rebuilding your inner identity, and walking forward with purpose. If you or someone you know is navigating this season, this message offers hope, strength, and renewal for the journey ahead.
She didn’t get the love she needed.
She learned to be quiet, to survive, to shrink just to feel safe.
But she’s still in there — the little girl who deserved to be seen, held, protected, and cherished.
Inner child healing isn’t about living in the past…
It’s about going back to rescue the parts of you that got left behind. 🕊️
It’s about becoming the woman she needed all along.
✨ Healing looks like:
Speaking gently to yourself
Setting boundaries without guilt
Resting without shame
Letting God re-father the broken places 💗
💌 Say this out loud:
“I see you, little me. I’m here now. We’re safe.”
You don’t have to keep carrying what wounded you.
God is restoring your inner girl — softening the hardened places and turning survival into peace.
You’re not too late. You’re right on time.
She’s waiting for you to come home. 🕯️
Covert narcissists don’t rage—they blame, withdraw, and confuse.
"They never screamed."
"They never called you names."
"In fact... they always seemed like the calm one."
But that’s what makes the covert narcissist so dangerous.
They don’t control you with anger.
They control you with guilt.
They make you feel bad for setting boundaries.
They cry when you call out their behavior.
They sulk when they don’t get their way—and suddenly, you’re apologizing again.
They twist conversations until you're not even sure what started the conflict.
They say things like:
“You’re too sensitive.”
“I never said that.”
“I’m just trying to love you, but it’s never enough for you.”
And slowly…
you begin to silence yourself.
You begin to doubt yourself.
You start walking on eggshells around someone who never even raised their voice.
That’s not emotional safety.
That’s manipulation by omission.
It’s still narcissistic abuse.
It’s just quiet.
And it leaves you feeling crazy—until someone finally gives it a name.
Are there unseen forces that help us recover — body, mind, and soul?
In a world driven by logic and medicine, there remain countless stories of healing beyond reason — when faith, belief, and spiritual practices seem to awaken something deeper within us.
🕊️ In Islam, we remember the Divine Name Al-Shafi — The Healer — reminding us that true healing comes from the Creator, through causes we see… and those we do not.
Across cultures, people turn to:
🌸 Prayer
🌸 Dhikr (remembrance)
🌸 Meditation
🌸 Hope
🌸 Community
🌸 The wisdom of the body itself
And sometimes... healing happens where science cannot follow.
