🌀We have a real thing for spirals over here, and why shouldn't we, as we actually live in a Spiral Galaxy- The Milky Way! Galaxies are hotspots for energy and activity, and right at the center of each galaxy lies a black hole, where energy is both created and destroyed. 🌀⠀ 💗Many of us are working on healing our hearts through relieving personal wounds and practicing self love. But, if you want to take it a step further and align yourself deeply with universal divine love, using a spiral galaxy and black hole as a meditation focal point can help. This may seem like an odd idea, but in terms of energy, using the concept of a black hole as a powerful force to pull all of the scattered parts of your heart back together may just do the trick. Try this:⠀ ✨Light your favorite rose candle, incense, and perhaps place a rose quartz, celestite or a labradorite on your heart. ⠀ ✨Lay flat on your back and close your eyes. Connect with your heart chakra and feel the space in your body where it sits. ✨Think of something you love, and feel your heart warm and open. ⠀ ✨Then picture the spiral galaxy above you, and imagine yourself floating up towards it until it merges with your heart center.
