Most of the time, we like to remind ourselves of how unworthy, unqualified, and imperfect we are to be God’s child. Even when God already saved and called us His. If we can recall, in the Bible, God doesn’t call the qualified. Rather, He qualifies those He called. (Read 1 Cor. 1:27-29) To name some of which God called: Isaac was a day dreamer, Jacob was a cheater, Peter had a temper and denied Christ, Noah got drunk. Elisha was suicidal, Jonah ran from God, Paul was a murderer and he was way too religious. Gideon was insecure, Miriam was a gossiper, Martha was a worrier, Thomas was a doubter, Sara was impatient, Elijah was moody, Rehab was a prostitute. Isaiah preached naked for three years, John the Baptist ate bugs and had second thoughts about the very Messiah he baptized. Jeremiah was way too emotional, Moses stuttered, Zacchaeus was too short, Abraham was old. God is not looking for the qualified, He’s looking for people who would just avail themselves to Him. Believe that God is entrusting you with the things He know only you can do. Remember, where He leads, He provides. — Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/scribblesandblabs/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/scribblesandblabs/ Twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/scribbles_blabs — #IAmQualified #beyondboundaries #scribblesandblabs #empowerment #faithbooster #verseoftheday https://www.instagram.com/p/CUXO_juvmJX/?utm_medium=tumblr
