I hate that trope where the supposedly smart character starts  starts doing math on the fly and says shit like “divide by pi, calculate the hypotenuse and the log of the base and subtract twentythree by four” because that's what dumb people think smart people sound like.

Aim Higher

When a "friend" posts that she's so smart because of her 4.0 this semester at community college, otherwise known as "13th grade" to the area, I want to tell her to aim higher at 27 years old.
