Dynasty (2017): Fallon Carrington - Type 8w7

Fallon is assertive, confident and competent. Fallon has grand ambitions and believes it is her birthright to be the CEO of Carrington Atlantic. She also wants to make her own empire that is all her own.

At her best, Fallon becomes less self-centred and wants to help others. When she learns about Culhane’s fathers illness she wants to support and be there for him. She also shows that she is willing to fight for the people she loves and stand up to protect them. We see this with how she takes on Liam’s mother to explain the strength he shows through his kindness and restraint towards his mother. She is protective and deeply cares about Liam and sticks by him when he loses his memory and his mother tries to sabotage their relationship.

At her worst, Fallon can become fixated on taking what she believes is hers and believes those who are against her need to be taken down. She is overtly angry and aggressive to the people she is against and channels her rage towards them. This can be seen with how she treats Alexis when she returns. It is also seen with the way she handles her break ups with both Culhane and Liam, as she will go too far at times of distress and pain.

Fallon is extremely independent and follows her own path in life. When she believes that her father has passed her over for COO she decides to form her own company and is later very reluctant to go back to working for her father as she wants her own legacy. She trusts her gut instincts and is sure she will build a company as powerful as her fathers. Fallon has a lot of 3 tendencies and strives for success and recognition away from her fathers influence. However, I think she is more concerned with being in control and becoming powerful and influential. For example even though she is trying to make her own business connections, Fallon will stand up for herself if she doesn’t agree with their views. She doesn’t change who she is and is unapologetically blunt about her business aspirations and what she will do to get what she wants. While, she puts up some social facades like a 3, she is much more likely to rely on her work ethic, intelligence and fight to gain control of the things she is passionate about.

Fallon is very loyal and protective towards the people she loves. She takes a strong liking to Sam and goes out of her way to support him. She also shows that at the end of the day she will put her family above others and will keep their best interests at heart. She has a deep bond with Steven and considers him as her biggest ally in the family. Fallon also takes this approach in her romantic relationships with Culhane and Liam and loves them unconditionally and fiercely. Beneath her tough exterior it can be seen that she cares deeply about the people she loves and would do anything for them. We see this with how deeply she is affected by her break up with Liam and when he has lost his memory.
