The Ever Nevers:No!! The Cast of Riverdale including Sweet Pea:Si!!

A letter to Roberto A, who I hear is a very nice guy,

I get it.You gotta have story. I worked for 10 years for one of the national morning shows and we were told,regularly, that there were 500 people who would do our jobs for free so get it done or get out. I have a feeling you're much nicer than that but it doesn't explain what you seem to be doing to Riverdale. Do you really think the stories of Sweet Pea, Falice, Bughead and Jelly Bean waiting in the wings are as dried up and boring as a conversation with Evelyn Never Ever?(Sorry Ev.I just want you to go away and take Charles Manson-lite with you.)

Example: Bring on one of my non-faves-but-she's RIverdale Penny PEA-body. Peabody - Sweet Pea - get it? We don't know anything about his family. By now, you must know that like Falice, Sweet PEA has a following and that Penny has a PEA in her name.Could there be a connection? (And speaking of connecting with Jordan Connor - Cole Sprouse posted that he's up all night now writing Sweet Pea fan fiction. He's very funny. But he also is making a point.)

We want Riverdale back. And don't tell me there's nothing left to say, because we could send you a list of hundreds of ideas.Some of them might actually be good.

Where are the Falice passionate sex scenes? And BTW, when are your stylists going to dress and make up Madchen A. like the beautiful woman she is instead of like my grandmother, who's dead? That's just wrong and she's a saint to put up with it.

Hiram Lodge is holding his wife prisoner? Nothing to see there, for sure. And the swoon heard round the world wasn't the Josie/Sweet Pea pairing (thumbs down) but was for the sight of him kissing (tongue?) and the reveal that Sweet Pea is sort of an awkward sweetie pie when it comes to the womens. WE LOVED THAT! But, instead, move on to a straw monster with bloody horses head. I can relate to that!

I speak for thousands when I say I look forward to Wednesday night probably more than I should and my happy expectations of an hour with Riverdale plummeted to the floor and below when I saw Jordan Connor's name wasn't in the credits. I had to look twice.And the episode was very bad.

Everything I've heard about you is that you're a swell guy, which is hard to be in this wacky world of entertainment. Your cast also has a reputation for being as adorable off set as they are on. But if you don't start using them, and stop attempting to shock us with boring storylines that seem to have no purpose other then letting Bughead use their flashlights, the Riverdale Grown Ups to get all nutsoid about a terrible secret and the Ghoulies to continue to smack people around - then don't say "never ever" to your Riverdale fans running for the exits.
