This Spiked Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer is a delightful addition to your morning routine, offering a creamy and flavorful twist to your coffee. The addition of whiskey or rum adds a warming kick, perfect for cozy autumn mornings or festive gatherings.

Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 cup whiskey or rum optional.

Instructions: Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Keep stirring the mixture until it's warm all the way through, but don't let it boil. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. For a spiked version, you can add whiskey or rum and mix it in. Put it in a jar or bottle and put it in the fridge until you're ready to use it. Before adding to your coffee, give it a good shake.
