Fallout Vampire AU
Someone needs to write a story where the Institute is actually a secret vampire society
People get kidnapped They get replaced with new versions of themselves Those new versions don't age Sometimes those new versions are used to take people to the Institute to be replaced, or just killed (I think?)
The BoS would be turned into, or even replaced as, an anti-vampire group. With the religious tones, that especially fits.
The Railroad would be understanding that some vampires do not want to cause harm.
The idea of Nick being a vampire is awesome.
X6 would honestly fit as a vampire.
Don't know how it would work for Curie though, maybe a tired soulless vampire willingly inherits the soul in her Miss Nanny bot? In that case, maybe instead Nick also became a vampire this way?
Danse would deal with the crisis of finding out he's a vampire.
Deacon (possibly) was a former vampire hunter, until he found out his wife was one.
Dunno if Super Mutants and Ghouls will be the same or replaced with something else though.
I got an idea. What if there would be a Fallout game set in Australia? Just imagine the possibilities that would bring as for mutated animals, plants and other weird things. For storyline I really don't know but for some reason there is two things that just refuses to leave my head.
The Australian Wasteland being called Scorchland(s), and the protagonist being called the Scorchwalker.
Being encouraged with these thoughts, mostly because it entirely refuses to leave me alone until I do something about it; so I used Bing AI to create a picture that could be a wallpaper or something for this. Now, my mind can finally know peace.
I would love it if the next Fallout game was in Louisiana or somewhere South. If you don't include Tactics, we've primarily been in the East and West coast so it'd be a nice change.
Imagine a faction of ghouls in Alaska who used to all be soldiers but do to, a mix of the frigid landscape the monsterous fauna and flaura. These ghouls have become bigger than their already soldier selves due to the cold but also are far more powerful, with the lack of light and the constantly cold temperatures their skin have become pale and possibly we could say as natural defenses growths have formed across their body but mostly as makeshift to fully blended horns around their heads
Imagine like the marauder from Doom eternal for here
Fallout needs to add mutated stinkbugs, call them Skunkbuzz or something.
Just giant bugs who damage you not even by biting, but by just full on slamming into you, and can release a spray like skunks do which is the thing that actually does more damage and discombobulate you.
There were old experiments where people tried to keep alive severed animal heads (dogs, maybe pigs) artificially by circularing blood in them with machines. They succeeded. One scientist had the brilliant idea to do the same with a human head just include a food processor and artifitial lungs too all that fit into a little box the head is sat on. It also happends to be compatible with robot and synth bodies alike with some minor tweaks. The head has the mannerisms and personality of a pre-war tv show host or some actor. You find him in n abandoned building complaining about the service.
